here's something a little more serious. when i was in this relationship, i was promised that, if we ever saw each other, she would braid my hair. it was a small promise. i don't let anyone braid my hair anymore, unless it is someone i'm very close to. thinking back on it, it feels stupid to hitch on something so small. but, i'm sensitive, so whatever.
